Terms of Service: Accuracy of Information: The client is responsible for providing truthful and complete information. The Tax & Title Desk is not liable for penalties or legal issues resulting from omitted or inaccurate data provided by the client. Payment: Fees for services are due upon completion of document preparation and prior to filing or notarization. Refunds: Due to the nature of professional document preparation, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Online Notarization: Clients must meet state-mandated identification requirements to complete virtual notary sessions.
